Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid by You through HamroEcard, or USD 100 if no payment was made.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (such as loss of data, profits, or business).

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

HamroEcard is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

The Service will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Content provided through HamroEcard will be accurate, reliable, or current.
Our servers or communications will be free of viruses or harmful components.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, please contact Us first to try to resolve the issue informally.

International Users

EU Users: You may benefit from certain mandatory legal rights under the law of your country of residence.
